Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them.

We do not currently use return forms.

Returned items must be unused and include their original tags and packaging.

It is especially important that the Lithuanian Assay Office tag is not cut off, damaged or removed. We may refuse to accept items with damaged or missing tags.

We attach white tags to items that have a Lithuanian Assay Office hallmark stamped directly onto the product. Original pink tags attached by the Lithuanian Assay Office must not be damaged or removed, as they are used for items that cannot be hallmarked directly on the product.

When exchanging an item for a more expensive one, you will need to pay the difference in price. If the replacement item is less expensive than the item originally purchased, we will refund the difference.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.

You MUST include the first and last name used when placing the order on the parcel so that we can correctly process your return or exchange.

Items may be returned via an Omniva, Smartpost or LP Express parcel locker, or by regular post.

You may also bring the items to our physical store at Rygos g. 8, Vilnius.

We usually process exchanges or refunds within three business days of receiving the returned parcel. During the pre-holiday period, when order volumes are higher, processing may take slightly longer.
