Return of goods:

• The consumer (buyer) has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online (in other words, to return a quality product) within 14 days (CC 6.22810), without giving a reason, except for the exceptions provided for in paragraph 2 of this article. Goods manufactured according to the buyer's individual order are not returned.
• The consumer shall notify the withdrawal from the contract by submitting a duly completed model withdrawal form, which can be found here: https://www.e-tar.lt/portal/lt/legalAct/dad7f330d05511e3a8ded1a0f5aff0a9 or by submitting a clear statement setting out his decision to withdraw from the contract.
• If you withdraw from the contract, the money will be refunded within 14 days. We remind you that we have the right not to refund the money until the goods are returned or until the buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent. The buyer pays the direct costs of returning the goods.
• The Seller shall, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's written response to the contract, refund to the Buyer all amounts paid by him, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not return the entire order, but only part of the goods, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer part of the delivery costs in proportion to the quantity of goods returned. The Buyer must cover the direct costs of returning the goods.
• The returned goods must be of suitable quality, unused, undamaged, with their usable properties preserved and the goods not having lost their commercial appearance, and the Buyer must also have evidence confirming that he purchased the items from that seller. The onus of proving that he complied with the requirements of the Civil Code regarding withdrawal from the contract lies with the Buyer.

Consumer disputes are resolved out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, registered office at Vilniaus St. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt . The buyer can submit requests or complaints on the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ .

To maintain the shine of your silver jewelry, it is recommended to avoid contact with chemicals, such as perfumes or cleaning products. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft cloth to remove dirt and sweat. Store jewelry separately, preferably in special boxes or bags, to avoid scratches. It is also advisable to regularly check the clasps and, if necessary, contact a professional for cleaning or repair.
